Order Confirmation

  • We call every customer to confirm the order before dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped only after confirmation call verification.

  • If the call is not answered after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.


3-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Important Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proper unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or wrong items.

Refunds will be processed after product inspection.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If you refuse delivery without valid reason, future orders may not be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account (as applicable).
